Mr. Jagdishbhai D Ajudia is the Director of the company .He is post graduate in the faculty of Arts and holds agriculture background right from beginning. He is keen interested in agriculture operations/activities. Initially he started a retail counter of agri seeds & other inputs in Junagadh and he used to remain in close contact with scientists of Junagadh Agriculture University. He wanted to deliver quality products to farmers and with that intention, he established Indo Us Agriseeds and with his business skill, experience and competency he developed the company, created the latest infrastructure facilities like innovative seed processing unit, quality control laboratory and R&D activities supported with plant breeder, technocrats and skilled workers. Started quality seed production through progressive farmers and continuously focusing on R&D activities and developed high yielding and pest/disease resistant varieties and created big market for company’s products through well experienced and efficient marketing team. Thus with his sincere efforts, business experience and long vision, he achieved the goals and put the company in leading position in the country.

In short in last ten years, under his leadership the company developed like anything and made remarkable business in agriculture seed industries.

She is Bachelor of Business Administration from Saurashtra University. She played vital role in development of the company she delivered services in various department of the company. She participates in Board meetings to enable the board to reach the decisions and make sure that the company obligations are fulfilled. She makes strategic and operational decisions of the company ensuring that company meets its statutory obligations. She set up effective working system and her valuable guidance to staff in various department contribute a lot to the company. She fully involves in launching of new products and in creation of efficient marketing team to achieve the targets. She is dedicated to the company and through her sound knowledge experience and efficiency, she plays key role to promote the business of the company. She is in this company since 2004, the day the company incorporated, hence she holds very sound experience in management of the company and she contributes continuously for better growth of the company.

Priyanka Ajudia is B.Sc. (Agri.) and rendering her services for planning of new projects, R&D activities, production programmers and effective co-ordination in marketing activities. Having agricultural background she splays vital role in bringing new innovative ideas and to implement effectively to boost up the business. She also helps and co-ordinate to manage the seed testing and quality control laboratories. She contributes a lot to the company through her knowledge and experience in agriculture field.
